My friend DJ died today while we were at school. (11-27-07)
At 12:13.
Sunday he fell off of a shed and ruptured his spleen and had internal bleeding then he had surgery.
Monday his heart stop beating for like...5mins or something like that.
But I just can't believe this happened.
He's the 2nd friend to die in 3 months & the 3rd to die in the past 2 years.
It's really starting to get to me.
And I cried for an hour straight when I heard he died.

I'm sorry to hear about that.
When I got to college about 3 of my friends died within the first month or two freshman year.
One I danced with at the 8th grade dance and was my semi-date. My best friend also had a huge crush on him. The guy I was dating around that time was really really really good friends with him. His gf who killed him (she was the driver in a drinking and driving accident, she survived he died) is going to jail for manslaughter.
Its so intense. His myspace and facebook STILL exist and are left unchanged...its so sad.
Anyway, I feel your pain. I hope you feel better soon and I hope his family will be okay.

I am so sorry. It's way hard to deal when a friend dies.
My best friend died when I was eight...I didn't really understand it very much at the time, but now that I do, I can't cry about it. Time heals, no?
Well, he doesn't feel physical pain now.
Look to your friends for support, love.

I went to his house yesterday with another friend to see his mom & go into his room & stuff like that.
When we got to his room door we just kinda stared at the knob for a little bit expecting him to open it & say "Hey I didn't know you guys were coming".
But he didn't.
And I just started crying so hard.
But after I got over that we cleaned off his drum set & I took one of the notes we wrote in class 2 weeks ago from his room & put it on my tack bored.
My mom excused the bad language.

And today is the viewing.
I'm going....but I don't know if I can handle it or not.
I'm leaving in 30 mins.
Tomorrow's the funeral too.

It really sucks because he was only 15.
And he had everything going for him.
And I remember the last thing we talked about was where we wanted to move & stuff like that & he said "I don't wanna grow old & die here. I wanna accomplish something."

dam.. i'm really sorry to hear that..
i've never exprienced a death of a close one but i know it really sucks..
maybe it would sound abit cruel but hey, every1 dies in the end ._.
we just have to know how to move on..

I'm really sorry to hear that.

I know that the hardest thing to do once a friend or family member has died is to go through their stuff. It makes you realize not only how much they meant to you, but how much you meant to them.

I'm very sorry to hear about this. When my friend died, I tried to forget about him, then one day I remembered a joke he had told me and I couldn't stop smiling. Basically what I'm saying is try not to dwell on negativity, because your friend wouldnt want that, and he'll still bring you happiness when you need it because memories are a very valuable treasure (cheesiest line ever)
