Welcome to this thread. Release your inner anger without flooding it into other forums...and other people for that matter.

LOL, next time we have large sales at Target, you`ll be hearing from me.
Well, maybe. The sales normally really hit after Christmas and I`ll be on maternity leave.

I ******** HATE MY FATHER.
I haven't talked to him in four years.
But oh, no, he still sends my sister birthday and christmas cards every year, and emails every month or so, congratulating her on her various "successes".
What have I gotten??
Not a damn thing.

Because seeing that "I haven't talked to him in fours years," deal isn't going to be much help. I'm not coming down on you, but guys (I know you know) tend to stay away from talking to anyone that doesn't talk to them. Especially if there's some animosity in between you two. Someone has to man up and talk to the other and make amends. You could try to start off with a little hello and see where that takes you no matter how difficult it is, or how much it kills you inside.. May I ask why you two haven't spoken with each other for so long, why you two are on such bad terms with each other? Because I might be able to relate with you..
