~Ninjutsu~

Hikitsuri Hibana
(Twitch Spark) The user forms a single seal and holds it for a brief moment. This causes a small electric charge to gather on one of the user's hands. This will discharge into the next thing that hand touches; the spark is sufficient to make muscles spasm or ruin very sensitive electronics, but too weak to affect much else. It will dissipate into the air harmlessly if not discharged into something shortly after performing the jutsu. (Genin)

Rakurai
(Lightning Bolt) The user completes a short seal sequence and points one or both palms at the desired target. A single, short electric blue streak flashes from the user's hand(s) toward the target. It will normally travel in a fairly straight line, but can be diverted if it comes near something highly conductive (e.g., a largish quantity of water or piece of metal). The bolt is painful and somewhat stunning, but far from fatal. (Genin)

Raiton Bunshin
(Lightning Clone) This is similiar to the basic clone technique; however, each clone holds an electric charge that unleashes when the clone is "poofed" out. The lightning only produces a weak shock, but multiple clones can do more damage. More clones can be produced with greater amounts of clones.

Shainingu Koujin
(Shining Dust) The user completes a short seal sequence and aims the genjutsu at a single target. The target sees a dense cloud of shining motes settle around himself without touching him; if he moves and touches one of these lights, it will affect him as if 'Twitch Spark' was used. (Genin)

Zenkaku Parusu
(EM Pulse) This technique creates an electromagnetic pulse that cancels out all current electric attacks. This pulse travels 20 meters in every direction, and anything that runs on electricity is quickly overloaded and shut down. (Chuunin)

Buttooshi Rakurai
(Continuous Lightning) Identical to the genin Rakurai, except the lightning continues flowing as long as the user supplies chakra to the jutsu. Sustained contact can cause severe damage. (Chuunin)

Dendou Funmuki
(Electric Spray) The user completes a moderate-length seal sequence and flicks his hand toward an area, as if throwing a handful of sand. The jutsu will generate a spray of electric motes extending several meters toward the area 'thrown' at; they burst against anything in the affected zone with an effect like a powerful 'Twitch Spark'. The cumulative effect is extremely painful and debilitating, but rarely does long-term damage. (Chuunin)

Densen
(Electric Line) Wires are necessary for this jutsu. The user sends a charge down the line, directly electrocuting whatever is held in the wire. (Chuunin)

Raibuki
(Weapon of Lightning) After performing a normal sized seal sequence, the user is able to charge their weapon to a pure negative or positive charge. The weapon will now repel (positive) or attract (negative) other metal. Also, the charge can be released in the form of a powerful lightning shock. The shock is not deadly. (Chuunin)

Kyougaku
(Electrocution) A torture genjutsu that mildly, but continuously shocks the opponent. No real damage can be done, but can usually cause a great amount of pain in the opponent. This is also a good discipline technique. (Chuunin)

Raiden Bannin
(Lightning Guard) The user casts a group of kunai into the ground, point-down, and performs a lengthy seal sequence. The jutsu turns the kunai into a defensive field that will snap out with a lightning strike against anything that moves too near. The user is not subject to this jutsu. The jutsu requires no extra concentration to run and uses little chakra to initiate, but will draw chakra with each strike unleashed. (Jounin)

Kenran Ryuu
(Brilliant Dragon) The user performs a lengthy seal sequence and concentrates on a chosen target. A brilliant blue-white electrical aura forms around the user, then coalesces into a crackling dragon and races toward the target. The bite of this dragon carries all the destructive power of a natural lightning strike. A highly unsubtle jutsu that requires much chakra. (Jounin)

Raitama
(Stun Shot) After performing a very lengthy amount of hand selas, the user is able to fire a small electric bolt at the opponent. The bolt travels much slower than lightning normally would, but if it hits, the opponent's electric body current is stopped and they usually lose conciousness. Heart failure could occur if this attack is used too many times on the same opponent. If the opponent is not knocked unconcious by the attack, movement will be much harder for the opponent to do. (Jounin)

Shikiichi Kushin
(Threshold of Pain) After peforming a normal-sized series of hand seals the user is able to manipulate the electric current the pain sensors of the opponent to their brain. A skilled user is able to bring an opponent to the threshold of pain with this technique. It can knock out an opponent if held too long. Also, this is a good discipline technique. (Jounin)

Hidoi Metsubou
(Cruel Ruin) This is a highly destructive technique that is known by only the most powerful of Cloud Village. After the very lengthy sequence of hand seals, the user holds out their hands, fingers spread out, and launches ten deadly bolts of ilghtning from the hands. This attack is VERY inaccurate, but the lightning bolts can easily destroy an entire village or other large area. (S-Rank / Kage)

(Dark Cloud) A genjutsu which causes the opponent the believe that the sun is being eclipsed by a very dark cloud, the opponent believes it's nighttime. (Chuunin)

Kumo Denka
(Cloud Charge) After performing the necessary handseals, the clouds in the sky form into a mighty cloud which shoots lightning bolts directly at the user. The user maintains chakra in their hands to absorb this lightning for a follow-up attack. The next lightning type attack becomes double in power and spread, if applicable. (S-Rank / Kage)
