What are you supposed to get out of it?

You get the slave, beat them until their screams stop making you laugh or whatever, but then what? Where do you go with the role-play after that? Maybe its because I'm a point A to point B kind of guy, but I honestly don't understand the appeal after a while.

Clue me in to how one gets kicks out of that sort of thing and how to keep it going, please?
