In this Head Quarters, there is an evil organization called the Sekai Teki. Through means of force, this organization has taken over the world, and is now the world--which is called Alend--'s form of government. Hidden in the icy remote location of Blize, no one dares to come and seek justice.

The HQ is enormous, each Sekai Teki member having about 3-10 houses space. The outside is made of stone, and depending on who you are, your room temperature is different.

This RP is basicly a "home-life" sort of thing. ( xD ) Although, these people are very different, and weird. :]

Xeinta Snapdragon -- Played by [ToXiC][ToOtHpAsTe]
Emotionless,cold-hearted, thinks everyone is weak,defenseless,scum. Very thin and frail, uses a hand scythe for a weapon, left eye is covered by hair. Left eye has been nicknamed "The Holy Eye", for it is all black but a white cross in the center of her eye. It can steal other's souls. Human (with insane powers).

Shroud
Very intelligent and quick to make well thoughtout decisions, Shroud is very shrewd and a good leader, although, it is Xeinta who is leader, not him. He is quite mystified by the fact that he hasn't been a leader yet, he was one of the first three founders of the Sekai Teki, millenia ago. He is a basilisk, and is capable of shapeshifting, but only himself. He is highly skilled with medicine and medical expertice. Very good friends with Zyto and 42.

Zyto -- Played by [ToXiC][ToOtHpAsTe]
Very stern and serious, doesn't really like jokes or idleness. Has a massive dragon army that only obeys him, although only eight dragons are important to him. Chokichi, the dragon that is constantly with him, is a size shifting dragon, and normally stays in a size about arm size. Zyto is mostly a cannibal, eating both human flesh as well as dragon. He also eats his flesh in the raw. Able to breath fire, and have a sub-dragon transformation. Father of Karasu. Good friends with Shroud, relatively good friends with 42 (whom he calls Silver). Hates Adelphi's guts.

Tsshyeiah Jonquil -- Played by [The][Shika][Spazz]
Very short-tempered, much like Xeinta with more anger and emotion. Thinks people are scum and useless, also believes that descipine is very weak here, and people should be brutally wounded for their mistakes. Comes from a very wealthy and prestegious line of Vampires, the Hellsinious's. She is the eldest child of the four children, her younger sister died at 13. She is married to Esloleiar, and they are very close. Although married to the psychotic Esloleiar, can't stand the scent of rotting flesh. Wears old-fashioned dresses in shades of red.

Esloleiar -- Played by [ToXiC][ToOtHpAsTe]
Mentally unstable, Esloleiar has a corrupt mind, and is obsessed about rotting flesh and decaying bodies. In his lab, rotting bodies hand from the ceiling and their blood covers the floor,giving the white tiles a red tinge. For most of the time, he seem relatively normal, a good-natured friendly guy, but mostly quiet. But in a split-second, can revert back to a feind who loves to kill and loves the sight of blood. His assistant, Rencon, who is a small boy of 8, is like a son to him. He is married to Tsshyeiah. No one knows what he really is. He has a series of health problems involving coughing up his own blood. His blood regenerates itself. Can't die of blood loss.

42 -- Played by Lyke LAWL
Full of mood-swings and antagonising behavior, 42 is the annoying android from Hell. He's very feminine and has a thin,beautiful body. He loves to play with his past hip-length silver hair and is very conserned about his image. He loves to talk about himself, and likes to anger others. He does so by making an unwanted comment, or by using his voice adaption ability, which enables him to take on a voice of another and make them say whatever he feels like. Some members of the Sekai Teki are his close friends, others, just plain hate him. He manipulates electrical pulses, and can send electricity wherever he feels. He likes to wear tight clothing, to show off his beauty.

Karasu -- Played by Komori_ichi-gatsu
Zyto's daughter. She obeys his every word, and only recently has she started to act for herself in a way. She is the illegitimate child of Zyto and Adelphi Delphinium. She, like her father, hates her mother very strongly. Even though she is still very young (only a few years old), like her father too has the rapid growth ability, and has the body of a 25-year-old woman. She is said to look exactly like Zyto's mother, Karasu. This is how she got her name. Although, as she grew older, it was appearant that she high resembled the first Karasu, but also had features like her mother's. She is normally quiet, and still obeys her father. Although, she is lonely. She is capable of both fire breathing and Elven magic. Seems to be half dragon, half Elven.

Uriyon
Adelphi's demon bodyguard, or one of. Uriyon has a younger twin brother, Erioen; they look very much alike, only their personalities and voice are distingushable between the two. Uriyon is the most intullectual one and makes the right desicions. He feels rather negitive about being a demon, which is rather hated in the Sekai Teki for past reasons. He is also very protective over Adelphi ,and gives her advice, but she never listens to him. Uriyon is ten times stronger than his younger brother, but he almost never uses his energies at all. He is quiet, stern, and protective.

Erioen
Erioen is Uriyon's twin younger brother, and a cocky one is he. Always flaunting his powers and trying to impress Adelphi. He is madly in love with Adelphi, Uriyon tries to talk him out of it, but no one seems to listen to Uriyon. Erioen is powerful, but not nearly as powerful as his older brother. Always smug and out to try to be the best, Adelphi is fond of him, but she doesn't love him. Erioen is out to change that, he also wants to kill Zyto. Adelphi has his [Zyto's] baby! ( O: )

Adelphi Delphinum
Queen of the Elven Monarchy, (which is just to make the Sekai Teki look friendly), she does have a lot of power, but only over the people, she can do next to nothingin the Sekai Teki. She's very beautiful, and blonde. She is insanely in love with Zyto, and is well aware of his hatred for her, although, she tries to ignore it. She is highly skilled in Elven Magic, which is how she created her daughter, by means of genetic fusion and cell creation. Adelphi never dreamed that her daughter would be so powerful as to surpass her own father,Zyto. Adelphi is quite afraid of Karasu. She is aware that no one seems to like her but her body guards, but they are always there for her, which makes her happy. She is often flirtatious, friendly, and persuasive. She uses her magic to normally get what she wants.

Sorrel -- Played by grul3_gaara
Previously, she had no name, but ever since she was accepted into the Flower Maiden Society (a group of powerful women, this is what they become before they can be Sekai Teki people), she feels like someone. She is a ghost, a dead soul, but strangely, she seems to have a physical body, and can move around like a normal person. Only one thing keeps her at the Sekai Teki, she is unable to die. Her wounds heal within seconds. She may not be all that powerful, but when you can't die, things kinda go your way. Sorrel is kind, quiet, and very intelligent.

42 is just his usual self. He takes out his hair and starts flipping it around.
"I love my hair. It's long and shiny and pretty."

Feeling rather famished 42 heads for the fridge in need of something chocolatey. He sees chocolate ice cream. Yess...Glad I got it before anyone else did. xd He figured today would be a day of relaxation. So, he goes back to his room, with the ice cream, and some manga books and hops on his bed. He flips open one of the books and starts reading, occasionally taking a bite of ice cream. I hope that wasn't anyone's ice cream. Just think if it were Tsshyeiah's....shiversThat would be...terrible...Hmmm..... He pulls out his music player and switches it to a AnCafe song. So, there's 42, eating chocolate ice cream, reading manga, listening to music and wondering if anyone will get mad at him for eating the ice cream. He heard something down the hall and noticed it was Esloleiar sneaking around again.

Zyto was leaning against a grey-stoned wall. Chokichi was clamped onto his shoulder, preening himself. The mustard yellow dragon was very fond of his master, Zyto, and would stay with him constantly. They had been close companions since Zyto's birth. Zyto's slitted green eyes darted around and scanned for Xeinta, who had said she had come across a few feeding ground for Zyto's starving dragon army. Getting as anxious as he was, he folded his arms and angrily tapped his foot.

"Patience, Master Zyto." Chokichi said in a hissed tone. Like all dragons, they only spoke the language native to other reptilian species. Shroud could understand Zyto's dragons without any problem. Zyto was bilingual, an served as translator from sometimes.

Tsshyeiah, for some very strange reason was feeling in a quite happy mood. This sort of thing was found to happen scarely. Tshhyeaih was generally not a very happy person at all. She was always bitching at the other Sekai Teki members for the fact thay did not enforce enough discipline to captives, and slaves. Most people in her mind, she believes, should be brutally wounded for any mistake they've made.

She was in her room. Tsshyeiah had just dressed herself in a long, elegant red-satin dress. It swept down to the floor. She walked over to her mirror and braided her long red hair. She had crimson eyes, very pale skin, and fangs. She, happened to be a vampire.

She came from a very wealthy line of Vampires, known and The Hellsinious's. She is the elder sister of two brothers, Xellious, and Klaash; And a younger sister Ceeleia, who died at age 13 from a rare cancer.

She put on her Black high heels and headed out of her room to breakfast. On the stairs, she ran into her husband Esloleiar. "Hello dear." She said still decending the steps. "Come." She commanded. He follows.

"Good morning Esloleiar." She said turning to greet him. "I'm feeliing strangley.. happy today." Tsshyeiah smiled and hugged her husband. He seemed mildly shocked but it faded quickly. She apparently was not usually in a happy mood, more importantly happy anough to hug him. He srot of shrugged and continued trailing behind her. "I'm going to breakfast, I feel that I'll stay happier as soon as I eat." Her pace slowed. She continued down the hall, her heels clicking on the wood floors. Soon enough. They'd reached the dining hall. She took a chair not too far from the head of the table, Esloleiar silently slinked into a chair on her left. "So dearm how are you this morning." Her voice seemd to fill with enthusiasm.

"Who is this woman you speak of. I do not remember.." she trailed off slightly. "You confuse me, dear."

"Oh, ok. Yes most of them are too worthless to even bother remembering. Filthy people they are." She scoffed.
