How do you get thoose images for your appearence? Do you draw them or what? I really wanna know.

If they're pictures of your avi drawn, then yes, either they've drawn them themselves or had an artist do one. You can usually find a good artist for a decent price over in the Mini Shops Forum of the main forums. There are also artists in the guild(such as myself) who are willing to do it for pretty cheap.
