No being one of the characters from the show but u can be the user of one of there jutsu's
no controlling other peoples characters
no cussing(sorry)
no having powers like invincibility and block any attack or chuck norissis daddy.
the limit to jutsus is 20 at a time but u can delete and add them
no going wild and being a retard
