OKAY.

I'm kinda tired of having Rps that are stickies. :/ I think that people who aren't mods don't have a fair chance for their Rp to be seen,much less posted in. So for everyone's sakes, all Rps will have to be in 'normal'.

Anyone who disobeys this rule shall receive a warning. Three warning and the user is banned.
