Well, my Guild sold. I'm still crew for now.

Far as I know, that's the only place I ever have been. I'm still Crew for now.

Will this guild ever allow people about to be crew, or people who have vast crew experiance but have retired?

Doubt it. Wouldn't be much point. Or really a way to prove it. I'm just glad to not have to worry about that guild anymore. And I got 7k + Spirit Falcon out of it. And that happens to be one of my favorite items. ^.^

Doubt it. Wouldn't be much point. Or really a way to prove it.

For soon-to-be a captain can say that they are considering, or about to promote someone but they want the person get get accustomed to crew resources first or something.
For allowing retired crew, it's basically just letting the seasoned and active members of this guild stay when they retire.
