X.A.P. the role play

It is a cold, dreary day at the Carma Caner school for XAPs. All the XAPs are sitting at their desks in their classes. The XAPs are bored, listening to the constant drone of their teachers; it's a day just like any other. XAPs are anxiously eying the clock as it nears dismissal time. Then, suddenly, the bell rang, a shrill noise that all teenage XAPs love. Dismissal time! The XAPs shot up from their seats and started to exit their classrooms. CLANG!!! SHWUMP!!! The doors lock and metal comes out from the ceilings and floors, enclosing the doors in unbreakable steel. A raspy voice comes over the intercom, "BzZzZzZt! All students are required to st-y in their classrooms. No st--ent will be leaving school grounds." Gasps of surprise arise from the crowd of disappointed XAPs. "We have discovered a bl-ck cloud, in-s-de the d-d-ome. Stay c-lm and don't panic. Teachers stay with y--r classes. Moderators, to the office immediately." Nothing like this had ever happened in the history of XAPs...

Kitsune gets out of her desk chair, after packing up her books. Her and Chi-chi walk up to Kouma and asks, "What's going on here?". Just then Chi-chi jumps on Kitsune's shoulder. She pets Chi-chi a little and murmurs "good boy..."

cyrus walks in his new school and stares. confused

Kouma had been pondering the "dark cloud" the principal mentioned over the intercom, when she was jolted from her thoughts by Kitsune's voice. She then looked up at Kitsune's face with a baffled look and said, "I'm not entirely sure...but I think it has something to do with-" she was then interrupted by the sliding metal bolt in the door. Someone was entering the classroom...

Kitsune shakes Kouma. "what, what do you think it was that made the cloud?!?"

Chi-chi growls in the direction of the door. Kitsune looks up, she had just noticed the XAP entering the room. The principal enters the room, walking very slow. He stands in front of the class.

"Okay... We have come to the conclusion-" He is interrupted by a bolt of lighting. All the XAPs scream (remember they have never heard wheather before) and some run to the window. Some of them are Kitsune and Kouma. As they look out the murky window, another bolt of lightning shoots from the cloud, but this is not yellow lightning, it has a strange red tint to it. "Get away from the window children!" As they all walk back to the other side of the room, the principal continues, "we do not know exactly what it is, or if it is a threat to your safety. We think it may have been sent over by a unknown force".

Kitsune gets a chill in her bones, and hears Chi-chi whine. "It's okay...", she says to Chi-chi in a calming tone.

"We therefore find it necessary... that you all must spend the night here in the school".

A roar of remorse waves across the classroom. "oh come on..."

As the principal continues, Chi-chi jumps off of Kitsune's shoulder and lays on the floor in a tight ball. Kitsune gets on her knees and gently says, "something wrong bo-".

"Kitsune!" The principal interrupts her, "Please I need your undivided attention, when I am done talking, I want you to put that thing in the locker room for the night!"

Kitsune jumps up with Chi-chi in her arms "It's not fair! He's just as much a XAP as anyone here!"

"That's not true! That thing is an animal!"

"So!"

" Do you think we are animals!?!? Huh!?"

"No.."

"Good", now don't forget to put it in the locker room".

Kitsune is silent, then she looks up at the principal and talks very quietly. " He is probably just a little scared... could I just ... look at him a little more closely... please?".

"I said, No".

Kitsune is silent. Kouma looks at Kitsune with a frown on her face.

The principal announces "Anyways, Ladies please proceed to the Cafeteria, and the gentlemen, to the gym, there you shall wait for further instructions." As the kids file out, the principal grabs Kitsune's shoulder, and Kouma stops as well. The principal says, "And don't forget about that thing."

"Yes sir..." Kitsune and Kouma walk out.

Komori walked to the gym, his hands still over he's large pointed ears. His over sensitive hearing had caused him pain when the thunder had struck. Lightning unnerved him greatly. He had never 'seen' anything like it before. Most noises painted a picture of what had made them. Lightning made no noise and thunder deafened him. He tried to put it out of his mind, following the sounds of the other student's foot steps. Each foot fall sent off sound that echoed off walls, doors and windows. Komori had learned the difference long ago by the shapes that they came to him as. Tall rectangle shapes were doors, squares were normal windows and walls came back as plain seats. He moved on down the hallway, his thoughts on what the appearance of a black cloud could mean.

Kouma enters the cafeteria with Kitsune. Kitsune had been complaining the entire way there, and Kouma tuned her out. The cafeteria was a mess. There were girls yelling and complaining, inside their little circles. Kouma walks over to a lunch table and sits in one of the plastic chairs.

Kitsune walks away from Kouma and looks out the door of the cafeteria. She is eager to leave the cafeteria to go find Chi-chi. She sees the boy XAPs filing into the gym. She planned to sneak while the boy XAPs still moving. She cues Kouma to come to her.

seikuuyi sees komori and walks over to him. " Hey, you all right?"

Sense Kouma is not following, Kitsune decides to go off by herself... As she cluelessly makes her way to the locker room she spots two people in the hallway. She doesn't know if they work for the school or are just students. So she hides behind a garbage can nearby so they don't see her.
