If you will be treated different for coming out, then you got some shitty friends.

Just come out and find out. Then get some better friends if they care so much.

If your friends don't accept the way you are, they can screw off.
Your parents, however...that may be a little more difficult. See, if any of my parents' children ended up being homosexual, or bisexual, my father would hate and disown them, and my mother would disown them. They're both pretty close-minded.
