Sssooo.... `Kaa recently started Drivers ED- Behind the Wheel.
About two or three hours before, I get heacka nervous and woozy and stuff, like I over ate basically. Only I'm too nervous to eat. I'm usually ok by the time I get in the car, since my instructor lets his students listen to the radio, but ever since a couple of gay jokes on the radio station I asked to listen to do doesn't ask if I'd like it on.... sweatdrop
Anyways, I really hate being nauseas and all vertigo-feely. Anybody have some tips on being nervous-feeling-free, keeping next to the yellow lines, and how to not crash into anything in a parking garage? (btw, no, I didn't crash...... My instructor hit the brake on his side of the car before it happened. sweatdrop )

There may be many worlds, But they all share the same sky!
I'm too lazy to get my driver's license even though I'm 16. Gas is too expensive, and why bother when we have an excellent bus system out here in Long Beach? whee
One sky... One destiny...

Well, you see, I live a couple hundred miles North of you. And in my town, the buses don't have routes planned out as far as my house. So it's either walking about seven miles until any type of store besides the mom & pop place down the street, or driving.
>w< I say you're lucky with your bus system down thurr.

When I was 13 or 14 and in care my foster mom always used to let me take the car around because she trusted me. But I don't drive much in recent years because there's never really been a need. But as I recall it was very relaxing overall.
(Doesn't and never had license) ninja

I'm 19 and STILL don't have my permit. emo Damn Kentucky laws, damn insurance rates. DX<
Anyway...I know the vertigo feeling...It happened when I was about 12 and going 80 down I-515 in Nevada. @_@ Luckily I knew how to drive enough to slow down and not die. gonk
When I moved to Kentucky, I ended up flying and my mom and sister ended up driving...which meant I lived with my gullible stepfather, which meant I had access to his girlfriends car. >:}
One night...he had to go down to the convenience store not a good mile and a half from his apartment, so I went along with him and he gave me the wheel.
I never wanna drive after 11pm no more. burning_eyes I managed to make it to the store, but when we got back...I almost backed the car into his neighbors van. sweatdrop
