Well this is a dream I had...
It will be a roleplay but I just need to write it down before I forget.

Well it's in Japan and there is a "religious" restaurant where the entertainment is suicide. Like your sacrificing yourself for the Gods.

There is a main character an he has a wife and kids. His oldest, a 16 year old, ends up killing herself.

The government doesn't stop this, they encourage it.
The main character goes crazy when his wife kills herself. There he locks himelf up with his younger son in his house.
