I actually really like Sailor Mercury's hair, then probably Sailor Star Healer .

It's an interesting thing to think about,
because votes are judged on the character's hairstyle
and not whether you like them as a character or not.
I was almost voted for Chibiusa even though I depise her character,
but I really really love pink hair!

And I really like Haruka's hair, too,
because I have this secret weakness for girls with boyish haircuts.

In the end, though, my vote goes to Makoto.
It's so pretty and curly and flowy~
And throughout most of the manga, it's pink!

I agree I do love Sailor Moon but Sailor Mars is my favorite sailor scout and I think she does have the best hair!!!
