It doesnt need to be romantic, for example, my favorite relationship is between Usagi and Chibi Usa, they are always fighting but really sweet to each other when it counts.

I agree. They are so beautiful together. I almost cried when they die in Stars, It's so beautiful. Ahhh Haruka....
Anyway, My second favourite is Usagi and Seiya, It is hilariously awkward.

is one of my very favorite episodes in the entire series.
It's so cute when Haruka flirts with them.

I heard that there is a quick scene only in the manga
where Haruka steals a smooch from Usagi.

Oh yeah, I love that too. If there is a picture i'd love to see it. I love how she calls her my little Kitten, and how Usagi always freaks out when Haruka hits on her. And then that leads to the Haruka, Seiya clash, which I love.
