Hum... are you Chinese? Mid-Autumn festival (also called the Full Moon festival) is a Chinese tradition. During this day, (Which is today) everyone play with light paper llantern and eat mooncakes at the same time than admiring the full moon of the night.

I never really cared about the event. I just wait for AFTER the even to raid the stores for cheap mooncake. Same with chocolate after Valentines and Easter... candy after Halloween... and generally everything after the Boxing Day Sale. twisted lol

Last Saturday, we went to my cousins' Chinese school where they had a festival- lantern parade, dances, mooncakes, food.... mrgreen
