OHH there are so many good ones!!! I am really into this one that came out called.
The Devil within. (kinda echi... replace "kinda" with "its gonna be really")
A few others that you should check out are
Fall in love like a comic (very cute and chibi like)
The Wallflower (Really more comedy, but very amusing none the less)
MeruPuri (only 4 volumes, but totally cute!)
Kare First Love (A little more serious, but beautiful romance in it)
Love*Com (lovely complex, its really cute)
Othello (About split personality, but a very light and cute read)
Sensual Phase (more umm.. I wont say echi, but there is sex in it, I found it was really good, kinda dragged on a little as I felt the story repeated itself a lot, But I still really enjoyed it)
Beauty is the beast (I personally have only read the first four, and meh.)
Those are the school related ones that I can think of at the top at my head. There was another one But I forgot the name, Really awesome about a guy who ends up as a girl and all his old friends love him! really cute! (if anyone has the name tell me!!!)
Also I suggest SERIOUSLY SUGGEST Reading the manga for a few well known anime... Such as;
fruits basket (I mean it has a completely different story after the first few manga, and its more deep and meaningful, *shakes fist at anime*)
Full moon O Sagashite (again, this one is a lot more darker then the anime, and brings out the best of Our beloved Izumi-kun)
