Summoning: (Chuunin+) Rampart Palace
None know the origins of the Rampart palace. Its ruins lye forgotten in the Countryside of Oto. Legend says that it was once an enchanted palace, guarded by the sound shinobi. The user streaks their own blood up their arm and places their hand on the ground. All around the battlefield, baroque style buildings rise from the ground, forming a massive courtyard around all those involved in the battle. In this courtyard, there is grass, dirt, wind, and pools of water, as though it were a palace of old. Rather than a palace, it is a place built perfectly for battle. If someone is in an area where there is no water, or water tends to freeze, then they can use this summoning and have the perfect conditions for their battle. Also, there is material for earth and wind users as well. There are bells housed in towers amongst the buildings surrounding the courtyard. These are special bells forged in the Sound country. They disrupt all summoning jutsu, making them impossible to use while this summons is in play. The real ability of this summoning jutsu is that it gives the user the homefield advantage no matter where thy are or who they are fighting. The only way to escape the summons, is for the user to retreat or be defeated.

His left eye bears a small scar wear a ranmaru eye was implanted, electrical currents can be channeled through the eye to switch form his original eye, his ranmaru eye, or his Saiz eye.
Personality: Aggresive in battle, but caring and loving in nature, appears to be mean and rude, and acts that way in formt of students.
Background: Oroami born of the Saiz clan has grown up fighting and watching family die. he is the last of the clan and so the last to carry the bloodline, though he doesn't know how to unlock the bloodline, untill now.After his brother was killed by zabuza. Summoning: (original summoner) Katsuya - The queen of all slugs, Katsuya was summoned by Tsunade during the Sennin battle. Compared to Gamabunta and Manda, the summons of Jiraiya and Orochimaru, respectively, Katsuyu is quiet and more subservient to her master. With her Slug Great Division (Katsuyu Daibunretsu), Katsuyu can divide herself into smaller slugs to evade attacks or to serve small scale functions, and is able to quickly reform herself if need be. She can also spit acid for her Tongue Tooth Sticky Acid (Zesshi Nensan), which is strong enough to melt through rock.
Bloodline: Seki-Reigan: Eye of the Wagtail
A Doujutsu, when the eye of the wagtail is used, the user seems to have super-human speed for as long as the jutsu is in use. This speed surpasses any other jutsu. The user moves so fast that it appears that there is more than one of them (the higher the user's level, the more of them appear.). While this may sound like the same effect as clones, it is not. The user moves so quickly that there appears to be multiples, and each of these multiples are so fast that they are nearly impossible to keep up with. Also, since the multiples are all actually the user, they all posses the same strength and agility as the user. In order for this Kekkei Genkai to be awoken in the user, one of their eyes must take damage (Ayumus left eye is scarred). The injury doesn't have to be debilitating, they don't even have to loose sight in the eye. However, the eye must remain intact. When the jutsu is used, the eye either turns black and shows a white symbol, or white and shows a black symbol (Ayumus eye turns all black with a white symbol).

Associated Jutsus: Speed of the Wagtail
The user flashes the Seki-Reigan for a moment, when their opponent is attacking, the user then speeds out of the opponent's attack pattern, leaving behind an afterimage that the opponent focuses on. Using the Seki-Reigan so quickly can cause dizziness and disorientation, therefore this move is strictly for dodging and setting up for attack, not for attacking. If one were to attack with this move, their attack would be disorganized and sloppy, leaving them open for attack.
Clan: The clan which once carried the Seki-Reigan was disbanned long ago. No one even remembers the name. The bloodline was lost, mixed in with other clans and people of the lands. Occasionally, one is born in whom the lost clan's blood runs exceptionally strong, and even then, few know what they carry, and so will never know what they must do to unlock their latent power.

He wears a long, fancy coat that is deep, dark purple as well with black detailing. He also wears black pants and boots much along the lines of leather with a dark grey buckle belt. His hair is not as wild anymore either, it has went back to being straightened down instead of all over and wild.
Personality: Ayumus personality has changed with his maturity. He is not at all the same Ayumu of the past. He is more mature and disciplined. His maturity comes from him knowing that he is stronger now and with more strength comes more responsibility. He can come off to be cocky, but thats only because he has worked so hard and changed so much since he first started training and he believes in himself and his abilities. Although he is more serious, he still knows when to have fun and be childish. He talks the same, but he keeps more to himself and ceases to show much emotion so he doesnt seem weak. Ayumu has come a long way and it shows greatly.
Background: (starting from just beginning of the time skip) Ayumu had matured greatly since he first arrived in the sound, betraying his home in the village of the cloud because it was weak. It seemed as if it was just yesterday when he overheard Yuan trying to get a ninja to betray the cloud in the cafe. Ayumu remembers going up to Yuan and telling him he wished to join the sound to become more powerful. He remembered the trip to the valley of the end where he met Mikyo, Yuans master, who accepted him into the sound. At that time he was immature and reckless, like an animal, full of malice and bloodlust. He was whipped into shape fast when he came to the sound. Mikyo had been involved with many villages so Yuan became his master, training him to be a strong and talented ninja. Yuan seen his potential. All that seemed like yesterday, but it wasnt yesterday, it was a while ago. Since then there was many battles, a war, many peoples lives lost and villages betrayed and in ruin. Ayumu, over these times, had grown to be more trusting of people, mostly his master Yuan who wouldnt let him down for nothing. Ayumu changed and matured, he wasnt the same as before. After the wars many had left the lands and villages. The first that Ayumu had heard about was Mikyo who had left the lands, Yuan was very crushed by this and Ayumu felt his pain. Yuan had also decided soon after that, he too would leave the lands. Ayumu was left unhappy at the loss of his master. Yuan had taught him so much, he was always there for Ayumu and it was as if Yuan was an older brother. Ayumu would miss him dearly and he swore to never trust anyone as much as he did Yuan. Yuan turned and left for the horizon, telling Ayumu that he was a great ninja. Ayumu will never forget his master or let him down. Next Asaba had went on a long trip, leaving Alicia in charge as Otokage. Ayumu was all alone again, he started to not talk to anyone. He felt that he was reverting back into the old Ayumu and he didnt like it. He couldnt let himself, Mikyo, Asaba, or Yuan down so he left without a word or sign. Ayumu had matured greatly in the leavings of the 3 major influences in his life. He knew he was on his own again and he vowed to be better. He left for a secluded place that only he knows and keeps to himself. There he trained, for a year, making himself the best he could be. He trained in dangerous conditions and tested himself to his very core. When the year was over he was tired and very weak from all the training. He traveled to a nearby unknown village near the water where he rested, got food and water, some new clothes and some communication with people. Once he was at full strength again he was stronger than ever and had a new attitude on life. He had changed even more, he was not a reckless boy, but a mature, disciplined man. His training was over, it was time to go home. Ayumu returns to the sound village a new ninja, no one knows anything about how he is and who he has become. He encounters his master, Yuan, who has returned with a vision and asks for Ayumu to join him. Ayumu couldnt resist and follows him to the mist where his new path in life begins.

Jutsus:Chidori (千鳥, literally "One Thousand Birds") is an example of nature manipulation created by Kakashi Hatake after he failed to infuse his own nature manipulation with the Rasengan.[20] The Chidori requires the user to channel a great deal of lightning-based chakra to their hand, so much so that the ordinarily invisible chakra becomes visible to the naked eye. Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.
Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.
Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet)
Description: An enhanced Uo Tsuba, instead of a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist.
Katon: Ni (Fire Release: Two)
Description: This technique makes it so that after a user has molded enough chakra to gather heat into their finger they can now distribute it to both the index and middle finger (one hand), making it a somewhat viable option in combat now. However, jabs and strikes made through this method would simply burn through clothing and wouldn’t cause any substantial thereafter. In terms of raw searing strength, though, it allows the user to cut through even metallic string now.
Katon Housenka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Mythical Fire Flower Technique)
Description: A jutsu that sends multiple blasts of fire from the mouth, usually with one target in mind. Shurikens can also be hidden inside the flames, creating an element of surprise.
Katon: Hoteri Ougigata no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flash Fan Technique)
Description: A fairly simple jutsu, the user breaths in a fair amount of air while performing the necessary handseals and breaths it out in a short funnel of flame. Literally lasting only a few seconds, it explodes out of the mouth in a v-like wave and is a commonly used technique amongst shinobi who like to build into their attacks. The range of this flame, however, is about 3m and the flame itself isn’t held long enough to deal any real damage. Therefore, it isn’t necessarily a viable offensive option as compared to other jutsus, but it does serve its purposes since only three handseals are needed to perform this technique.
Katon: Bounetsu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flame-Resistance Technique)
Description: This is a passive jutsu that is the first in two steps to protect the user from damaging themselves with their very own Katons. Although not necessarily mandatory to learn the finer points of the tree, it does provide a buffer against self-inflicting injuries. For example the user is able to withstand increasing amounts of heat and can even withstand certain techniques aimed at them. Withstand, however, does not translate into invulnerability as there are general flaws to this jutsu as well.
Katon: Yojin Bunshin no Jutsu (Fire Release: Ember Clone Technique)
Description: A basic bunshin wherein the user will call forth through in corporeal form a clone of themselves, crafted from flame. At this level, the clone is quite weak and can only really serve as a distracted more so than a viable combat replacement. However, it does have its uses, which alongside detonating upon destruction or on command, are numerous.
Note: The clone only has 1/10 the ability of the original user.

Character Description
Looks: Loimaru’s physical build is that of an acrobat, lithe and slender, yet strong like a tense cord. He stands 5’10’’ tall, is long-legged and sharp-featured. His hair is cut short so as not to give an advantage to his enemies in battle and is kept natural, with black curls uncombed but not out of place. His face is narrow and chiseled, with large brown eyes and lips that constantly smirk under a small, slightly pointed nose. He usually only wears simple martial artists tunics and Kung Fu vests, even in public and mostly black, with a black silk sash sometimes tied around his waist as a symbol of his rank as a Wushu apprentice.
Personality: Mostly kind and gentle, peaceful in all things but a touch sarcastic and impatient with ignorant people.
Background: Loimaru comes from a Chinese family that moved to Japan during a massive emigration from the country in 1991. His real name was Kuan Di, but was changed for his protection so as to remain anonymous to the Chinese tyrants that had recently taken over the clan. Since childhood, he has been taught Shaolin Kung Fu by his father, whom was a Sifu (Master) back in China. He specialized in Monkey Wushu for his liking of an old pet he had when he was only five years old. Monkey Kung Fu, like Ninja Taejutsu, is focused on acrobatic attack moves, although the playful dodging and ambush techniques are unique to the form and often leave Loi;s opponents somewhat confused, thus giving him a huge advantage.

Every few generations a member of the Kurama clan will be born with an incredible talent for genjutsu. The clan member's talent in that field is such that their genjutsu is completely irresistible, so much so that only knocking a person out cold has any chance of awakening them from it. Kyuusho Jutsu: Kaika Seishou bakufuu (Secret Art: Blooming Chakra Blast) Ninjutsu - The user holds out one hand and forces large amounts of his/her chakra into their hand creating a flower made of chakra and a beam of pure chakra erupts out of the center of the open flower.

heikishou hougeki (arsenal bombardment)
This is a weapons scroll type attack (think tenten's weapon scrolls) where the user unrolls a large scroll and from it three huge scrolls (the size of a van) appear and unroll themselves once fully opened the three scrolls start launching weapons into the air and they rain down indiscriminately. drawback is that the user may get hit by his/her own weapon from the scroll.
hari hansha (crystal reflection)
Description: this jutsu uses earth to form crystal like mirrors to reflect images of the user to confuse the target as the user gets stronger so do the mirrors going from a frail glass like material as a chunnin to a material that is harder than steel at a kage level. The jutsu itself require a lot of charka to do but the mirrors stay in place afterwards with little need for charka, unless the user wants to "throw" an image of something that is not there into one of the mirrors which requires the ninja to get close to the mirror to pour his charka into it.

Sword: Yami
Sword appearance: first glance appears to be a bladeless katana but when it is used it the blade appears as a dark blade. When not in wize's hands the sword solidifies yet no one other than wize can pick it up.
Sword Abilities: The Blade inflicts no external damage but reakes havoc with the internal structures and charka flow and has intelligence and capable of taking the form of a human.
Flaws:
His sword will never inflict external wounds
Sword is 30% weaker in direct sunlight
Sword Jutsu's:
Shadow Strike - (ninjutsu) a move that allows the blade to move from one shadow to one closer to the target as to stab into the target by suprize.
Shadow Warp - (genjutsu) allows the user to appear to fade into the shadow realm to confuse the target into thinking that the user can not be attacked
Shadow Shiruken - (ninjutsu) The user's blade appears jagged, when swung releases up to 10 shadow shiruken at one time.
Shadow's Bane - (taijutsu) the user attacks the target with a series of four hits the first two get the target airborne, followed through with and upward slice and a hard elbow sending them to the ground
Shadow Storm - (Ninjutsu and genjutsu): The user causes a bubble of cover the area that the user and the target are in the bubble completely blocks out sunlight and is impenetrable. (jutsu is unblockable due to the wide range of the bubble)
Shadow Sight - (passive ability) allows the user to see in absolute darkness
Shadow Spear - (ninjutsu) User creates Spears of shadows and are limited in range, due to the amount of shadow and the users own range, which is about six feet plus the length of the shadows. (this ninjutsu mainly targets the opponents chakra flow in the place the user chooses, in attempt to completely sever the flow of chakra.)
Shadow Mimic - (genjutsu and taijutsu) This jutsu is like the sharingan, in the fact it allows the user to mimic the moves of an opponent, but that's the extent of it. (only effective for matching opponents taijutsu blow for blow)
Shadow's Bite - (ninjutsu) When the user strikes their opponent with his sword while using this jutsu no damage is inflicted, but in the area that was struck a dark mark ,shaped like dog bite, appears and starts draining chakra from its victim, the more jutsus it's victim uses the faster it drains their chakra.
Forbidden Jutsu:
Shadow's Ultimatum - (ninjutsu) When used this jutsu causes the earth to break apart and demonic shadow hands shoot out at the target(s) grabbing them and pulling them down into hades, but in doing so the user then forfeits their own life as the demonic shadows turn on them and takes them down as well. (this jutsu is unavoidable to both the user and the target(s))
