Hey, if you read further you'll get it. Even though siblings, Kaname still loves her. It is quite unknown who Yuuki has choosen, even though factors lead that she is going to be with Kaname more likely, but i disagree. Because Yuuki being a Vampire and hidden Kuran Princess this entire time was a big slap in the face in the face. I think more surpries will come.

If you read further, both their parents are also siblings, Kaname and Yuuki are currently engaged
