Here's one i found.Though u could put together a spell.That would make it more personal and maybe even a lot more effective.

PROTECTING THE HOME
Start by mixing water and salt, two elements of magic. Consecrate them.
Use garlic salt and add powdered rosemary if you need to clear out ghosts or spirits.
Begin at the main entrance of the house or apartment.
Sprinkle some of the consecrated water by dipping your fingers in it and making
the sign of the pentacle. Say:
Evil shall leave but not enter.
Use a firm voice. Make it a commandment, with all of your power behind it.
Proceed counterclockwise through the house, repeating the procedure in
every corner of each room, at all the windows, doors and mirrors.
Don't forget telephones, computers with active modems, fax machines,
intercoms, and televisions that are connected to the Internet.
It doesn't hurt to do the mailbox, too.
Make the downward pentacle, with your left hand, if this feels right to you.
Or the upward pentacle with your right hand. Either will work.
Repeat the spell annually, or whenever you feel in need of it.

Focus on protecting your home and yourself...

when you focus on people in specific in spell work the karma usually sucks really really bad...

just be careful what kind of request you make to the universe...

if you have some piece of belonging from the person, their full and true name, and their birthdate, it is quite simple...
write the stuff on a paper, add the name, place it inside a puppet.
Now, baptise the puppet on that name.
Say "NAME, I cast you out of this house. You are not welcome here!"
place the puppet on the floor, let the radio play old folks music(Jazz and blues works best), and kick the puppet out of your property.
Note that if you fail to kick it out of the property, the person will be attracted.
Now, if the puppet would somehow return, or if you would come into contact with it afterwards, it is certain to revise the spell, so I would suggest that you dispose of the puppet in a fashion. My best method is to place the puppet into a bus to a different city, or into a nearby river. make sure it cannot return.
Afterwards, go home, switch the radio off, and end the casting in whatever manner your tradition deems good.

You shouldn't be asking for spells on the internet but...
Since you did, who am I to deny you knowledge that you seek. If you choose to use it, that's your problem.

Quite simply I would follow Baltazaar's example and make a poppet and tell it to stay away from from your house and bury it far, far away from your property (on THEIR property is even better).

One could also stand in front of the door, with it closed, lift an athame and point the blade at the floor. Quickly move the blade up to face the door. Say fiercely: "YOU ARE NOT WELCOME, YOU MUST LEAVE NOW, GO! YOU MUST RETREAT, FOR I DEEM IT SO!" and visualize the person you wish not to come near you leaving. Do this as many times as you deem necessary.

I say create a circle around the home. And to the north,south,east,and west

Put obsidian crystal to a line the north,south,east and west. Focus on the person who do won't to come or enter your home and that should keep them away. It works for me.

Before you work this spell, make sure that all family members are safely inside the home. Anoint all outer doorknobs with patchouli oil and smear a little across the thresholds. Unwanted guests will stay away.

To Make Unwanted Guests Leave Your Home

Turn the household broom upside down, standing it up with the bristles pointing toward the ceiling. The guests will leave shortly.
