it's some sort of a guild with a monthy bulletin. Will have lots of ads inside.Just like a magazine.XD
vice-captains
keep the guild up and awake
keep the forum spam free
find advertisements from other guilds if possible
fit everything into the bulletin in one month[its easy job trust me]
get a name of a vice-captain biggrin
