Lost and Found ((possible spoilers?)) Need help!?!?!

Hey ya'll.

So, I've been following Supernatural pretty closely throughout the first three seasons.

Unfortunately life has gotten pretty hectic this past season and I totally lost track of season 4 and when it started etc. etc.

Tonight my family and I finally sat down to watch t.v. and I was exstatic to see that Supernatural was on.

"Monster Movie" is the episode we're watching.... it's '08. I know that..... But is it a re-run? What days do the new episodes come on the CW?

So yeah..... do you mind catching up an old fan come back from the dead? ~_^

Monster Movie was the latest. Every Thursday at 9pm is a new episode. I don't know when they air old episodes.. Probably a few when they go on winter hiatus.. but even then they'll probably re-air season 4 episodes.. You can go to TV.com for extensive show details.
