So what do you guys think about Gounod? I personally LOVE his opera Faust, and I am singing his Serenade. His music is absolutely beautiful.

I've only seen his Romeo and Juliet Opera, but it was quite a gem. The music was no Tchaikovsky, but quite compelling all the same!
