Since when can Blues be fought as the final boss of a game? A secret boss sure, but not a final. As a final boss it's hard to say. Maybe Greiga or Duo (Not DuoSP.) IT's really a tough choice seeing as they're not all that cool looking. Although Alpha is awesome before you actually go into the final battle.
