 Come on... tell me it isn't obvious...? Rich, big headed guy with a gravity defying coat.... annoying black haired kid who follows him endearingly...? You'd think 5d's would at least make them look different if they are gonna recycle the characters... *sigh* Oh well, it gave me a laugh. Kaiba's dream of Mokie being a girl finally came true... XD (Thank you Meeps for sending me the screenshots.. razz )

This 5D's is really starting to make me mad. Dx And I thought that GX was bad. 4Kids is completely ruining the Yuugiou fandom now. Dx

Probably because the idea at least seems more original... >>; The kind of annoying part is that all the Yuugiou DM characters are supposedly dead... but if they were alive I think.. they'd be like 40 yrs old or something... ~_~ Except, we seem to get a cameo here... I just feel like they're really messing up the series just for their own profit. >>

OMG she even has similar clothes to Mokuba! XD I dunno about you guys, but I kind of find 5D's hilarious. I wanna try watching it. The plot seems cool, and it spoofs so much of the Duel Monsters. It looks corny, but in a way that you can have fun with. I don't mind that it's soiling the YUU*GI*OU name, because as far as I'm concerned, true YUU*GI*OU ended with volume 38 of Takahashi Sensei's manga, and everything else is just like fan comics/fiction/whatever made public. I can still enjoy it, because I was satisfied with Duel Monster's ending, and I felt it wrapped everything up well enough to introduce new characters and such. And that totally is Ushio. XD I thought he went insane.

XD I thought he went insane. I think its hilarious when you hear the voice and when it was use in yugioh like Jack Atlas (totally cute) is voice by Ted Lewis. @DancerAngel: Ah, are you talking about the 5D's dub? I have yet to watch it except for part of one episode, but it was interesting. XD I liked the little kid that follows the main guy around. I thought it was a girl, considering it was wearing a dress, but I was told that it is actually a boy? o.o
@Akila: From what I have seen of 5D's, it does seem a bit darker than Genex, and more mature, so I will definitely give it a try someday, as long as it's in Japanese. As for Genex, it was really stupid at the beginning, but I heard it got relatively good as the series progressed. I want to watch that too. XD;;
You need to finish Duel Monsters! D: The ending is full of win.

O.o; Anyway no. Judai BUGS me. CANNOT WATCH GX. EVER. Ugh. The characters make me twitch. But yea, Yuusei of 5d's at least as the hair to rival Yuugi properly that alone makes me respect him. ^__~;; Darker is always better. I love the aspect of old Domino vs new Domino... It'd be fun to do an AU roleplay like that... X3

Juudai is so annoying, but I like Asuka and Fubuki. XD I don't really know much about the 5D's Domino yet, but it does sound interesting.

Morgey That's depressing. Though my more morbid side thinks it's interesting. >_< Having just Wikipedia'd it, I do find their version of Domino's future compelling seeing as dystopia is something I like to read about, and the splitting up of the city sounds a little like that. I haven't really looked at any 5Ds stuff properly though, so I may be talking twaddle. Idon'tcare.
