Which is better?

I have actually never seen the manga. I have always wanted to and have searched high and low to find it but never could. If someone can help me find it that would be great. As of right now my vote is the Anime.

I like the ending in the manga better then the anime's , but each is good in it's own way.

I gotta say the manga. With the anime, I really only enjoyed the 1st season and sailor stars.

The manga. Definitely. It explains more about the characters and their originals. I think the seasons were better explained in the manga IMO.

The anime was much longer. The manga seemed almost too fast, so there wasn't as much character development and you didn't get to know them all as well. So to get a feel of the characters the anime was better. However the characters did differ a bit from the manga. For example, in the manga Rei was A-Sexual and only wanted to take over the shrine, she was usually only stern with Usagi. Where as in the anime she was boy hungry and wanted to become a powerful celebrity and she was a bit of a bully. But because there was so much filler in the anime the story felt like it was sort of sacrificed. So to get the best grasp of Sailor Moon, neither alone is best. You need both.

I hated how the anime had so many unneeded fillers.
But sometimes the manga was a little bit hard to follow, since it went by so fast.
I think the best manga arc was the first one, because it explained so much more about the relationship between Serenity and Endymion.
I didn't like the manga's Sailor Stars arc as much, until the ending, because of the marriage between Usagi and Mamoru, and because of Sailor Cosmos.
The beginning and middle of the anime's Sailor Stars arc, because I loved the little unrequited love thing going on between Seiya and Usagi. : )

I definitely liked the anime's Super S arc better, since there was more character development. However, the manga turned the Amazoness Quartet into the Asteroid Senshi, which I liked.

The S arc is tied, since they were both pretty much the same.

The manga by far had the best R arc, because it was pretty much the same as the anime, only more heartwrenching, mature, and more character development. : )

Overall, I have to say it's a tie, and you'll have to watch/read both.

Tbh i haven't really read or seen the manga of Sailor Moon..
So I am gonna say that the anime is better 3nodding
I mean come on most other magical anime's are like bad copies of Sailor Moon xd xd

Manga ends better in 1. and 5. season ( come on, Venus got sword! xd )
But I like anime too.
