Old man mudered in his mansion. Local townpeople say it is the work of the 'Mask Murderer'. Police and city official including the mayor are hiring the best detectives to find out who is this mysterious muderer. They believe that the murderer's next tarket is on the mayor at his mannor. All citizens not involve are to be advise to stay home do to dangerous criminal on the prowl.
