I can't do that, because that would change who she is and what her powers are. It just wouldn't work; her history is too complex.

Well it's good for characters to change every now and again. Kage has been rewritten about 10 times and Youma Hunter about 3. The rewrites helped me make better characters that could be put into practically any Sailor Moon rp.

I must have rewritten parts of Alexandrite about 20 times, and fully remade her 3 times with new backgrounds and such... her first incarnation she was a twin of Serenity playing double agent in the Dark Kingdom...
I was 15 >.> Lay off with the comments on that. She's grown from that to Kunzite's daughter who while in some stories ends up leaving the Dark Kingdom, never trusts the White Moon and is at heart, a dark person.
I've fully remade my mainstay fantasy character 5 times, twice into completely new characters who just kept the general look, wind element, and affinity for wild dogs. Everything else about them, from basis of power to family history and even the race of the characters, has nothing to do with the others.
The mark of a great roleplayer is the ability to take an idea and breed it into many branches of new things. If you stick to the same character, you'll never grow and you'll miss out on a LOT of fun. 3nodding

I've made up a lot of different characters, such as other daughters of the Senshi. Houou happens to be one of them that I refuse to change. *shrug*
Her history began when I was 11. It's been 10 years since then, and she has changed, believe me. But now she has solidified.
She works in a Sailor Moon RP, but I do put veiled references to the crossovers. I hint at them. This usually seems to work.
The thing about starting an RP, is that I am trying to think of an idea that does not heavily involve the crossover elements. If I have her just join a plot that's already established, it's easier to just hint at things a little and not have them influence the plot so much.
I do a lot of Yuu Yuu Hakusho RPs now, and I have played characters from that series so much, that it is almost impossible for me to not include them somehow, because my best RPs have been with them.
I know, I'm weird...
But I am the kind of person who is just stubborn and set in her ways. She has different backgrounds depending on the RP, but they all include the YYH crossover.
I think it is because her love interest is one of the main characters. One I love myself. She is an extension of me. She practically is me.
That's why I just cannot change her in the way that you would want me to.

Guys don't try to force her to change her character..If she wants to keep it the way it is, then she should be able to. You belong here Houou-Sama

You belong here Houou-Sama Agreed, I know how it feels to have people try and make me change my characters to fit. I mean people tried to have me remove the most important element of my character, without that element it destroyed the character. Not to mention it is kind of a little bit rude. Don't worry Houou-san, Myself and Triton are here and even if certain others wont make you feel welcome we will. You do belond here, with us, Mistress Nine-san and the others.

Maybe it could be something simple anyway like uh............
A factory. That...the senshi find out about..and..they have to destroy it for some reason. I don't know. It's run by the negaverse or something to create whatever *shrugs*

No, I like your factory Idea Midi....Lesse...what if they were manufacturing fake souls to put into people in order to control them? They could then take the real souls and...do something horrible with them.

I only thought of a factory because everyone usually ends up doing like..other worldly stuff, so I wanted to be different xp
Other Ideas:
-Underground tunnel/cave/dungeon
-Underwater in a sea lab
-Lost in a rainforest with mutated animals
-The President recruits senshi into the army (I don't know why sweatdrop )
-Crystal Tokyo creates an "old school" army, and no longer need the senshi.
-"Alice in Wonderland"
-"Labyrinth"
That's all I have sweatdrop

I wouldn't mind playing a Thyrsus Shaman in a sailor moon setting ^.^
i wonder how they would react to mages, werewolves, vamps, and prometheans?

don't worry too much about your character Houou, play your way, and whoopdy doo what any one else says (trying to curb cursing ^.^)
lord knows most of mine change at the drop of a hat or at my whim O.o cause i'm CARRRAAAAAAZZZZZYYYYYYY razz
and most of them are crossovers of castlevania, DnD, and more recently Mage: the Awakening.
