I just bought Stich n' b***h Nation this weekend. Who here that knits has read those books? I rather like them and there are some really cute patterns in this one.

I have both books and i think they are great. They have helped me so much. The pattens are really neat too.

I love the first book! It really helped me out, taught me how to knit, actually...since the friend that was teaching me was quite vague on details...

I've read the first and flipped through the second. The patterns are nice, but nothing I really would go out of my way to work on, I guess. I would need a reason to sit down and knit most of them, I think.

Yeah I'm making the hat with cat ears now I'm so excited. I wear cat ears everyday but I can't in the winter when I have to wear hats so I found a solution to my problem, sicne all my cosplay hats are too big ^-^

I've got both the books. I've made purses and cat toys! Kind of afraid to knit anything with cables though. I'll do it someday!

4laugh I put BOTH of them on my wishlist, and I think my friend got me one - its the right shape and flexibility (yes ive read through them that much -_-)

and cables are a LOT easier than you think 3nodding
