i have a friend who has been cutting herself.is there anything i could do or say to stop her?please help!i need some advice.

Tell her your worried and she needs to get help for herself. Because it's going to get worse and worse. If she keeps doing it, get the help for her(call someone.) Or talk to an adult you totally trust about it, they will be able to give you better advice.
