sweatdrop I think it depends on you actually, if you're not afraid to wear miniskirts, Simca's good. But if you're more comfortable with jeans than a skirt, Ringo.
I can't really give that much of a comment as I've never had the privilege to attend an Anime Expo, or participate in cosplays. But in my opinion I think you cosplay because you like the character and you feel comfortable looking like that character.
Anyway hope I helped, sorry again if there isn't much advice in what I just said...
