The Twins in Tolkien's World...

I just like to discuss things sweatdrop .

Anyway...I know there was very little on all of the twins, but my question is which of the three sets (I can only think of three anyway) of twins that Tolkien mentions do you wish he would have gone into more detail about?
I wish he would have told us more about Amras and Amrod. I have a rather intense fasination with Amras for some inexplicable reason.

*after using a microscope to read the little text* Which brother are you thinking of? I've always wondered what their relationship with either Meadhros and/or Maglor was like, and I wonder how it affected their decision to take Elrond and Elros instead of leave them.

Anyways, I've never thought about whether Amrod and Amras could have affected the decision to take Elrond and Elros...it's an interesting idea. Really, it's be interesting to see any of the relationships between Feanor's sons fleshed out a bit more.

Anyways, I'm another Elladan and Elrohir fan, so I'll side with Akiyo on this one. There are just so many unanswered questions that will probably torment me every single time I read the books.
