********! Ripped my earlobe!

So my ears were 9/16" I went up to that size about mid-december. I recently bought two pairs of 5/8". One pair were silicone eyelets and the other were double flair acrylic plugs. So I got them in the mail yesterday and was trying to put the acrylic ones in. My left ear went in so easily. But the right ear was a struggle and then it got just so painful I stopped. When I looked in the mirror I noticed it was about to bleed as you could see the blood just below the skin and that there was some skin that had ripped. So I stopped with that but was easily able to get the silicone eyelets into both ears easily due to the flexibility of them.

But Im wondering what I should do now. I want to wear the other ones so bad but I had assumed that since I had waited 3 and a half months it should of been fine.

I'm thinking if I leave the silicone ones in awhile, let my ear heal, then try to put the other ones in. But Im not sure. Could anyone give me some advice?

The only thing I could think of would be to downsize and SSS.

I just read in the stretching thread that silicone was bad for fresh stretches, apparently skin can grow in.
And they may need to be cut out.

Acrylic I've always known to be bad, however.

I'd say to do the same as Sky suggested.
And when you're healed enough to stretch again, but Surgical Steel.

So I put my 9/16" back in, did some sea salt soaks. I was so excited for my new earings but it can wait. I had thought that because it had been 3 months it would of been enough time but I geuss not. Ive always had some probelms with my right ear though.
