Actually, this isn't an anime.
It's just a character that was created for the "Vocaloid" voice synthesizer program.
THAT'S RIGHT.
This whole video was completely computer made.
Even the girls voice was "synthesized" by the computer.
The voice was created by taking samples of a real persons voice, but the real girl NEVER sang this song.
If you have this program, all you have to do is type in the lyrics and melody, and the program sings the song for you.
And this girl "Hatsune Miku" is SO poplular, that she is getting her own video game. (I did hear a rumor about an anime for her, but i'm not sure)
