Hi i was taling with a few of my friend i MiRC and this game seems like a total fake to introduce and feed the rumor mill. from what i hear in the korean and japanese boards is that there will be a DS download expansion for ffccEOT: more wearables and weapons + new levels and also a possible new race and monster raising.

It's not fake. I think anyways... there's fan speculation of what it is of course, which many not be true, but there is an official website.
