i was thinking, what if we made a group to discuss nur stuff? sometimes people aren't online here, but are online there... what do you think? it could be for all members, not just crew.

For the Crew, I'm thinking of classes that will help that in arguements and basic rules analysis - how some rules can cover specific things we don't list down. And maybe somehow get them to establish their authority over the members in a positive yet effective way. For the members, they definitely need some help with learning how to control themselves and understand the rules. Maybe some RPing tips. And then Crew-Member interaction exercises.

Fun! related events. Creating a birthday list. A weekly Little Lotto. Quizzes that test the knowledge of one another. Trust building things~ And yeah. There were some suggestions from veterans to have a subforum where people could share NUR experiences and maybe we could learn how to creatively improve the guild. I remember Sumi suggested that we have a Fanfic section for those Naruto fans who love writing about the anime/manga or just create some stories about their friends.

On a creepy note. There could be an advice subforum. That deals with teen issues. I know I have a lot beauty tips and singing/dancing background.

A healthier OOC relationship could help us better and keep more members. I know it's kinda weird but rawr. xD
