I have sucsesfully stretched my ears to a 2g. I have had no problems doing so. Now I'm tring to go up one more and its just not happening. I've tryed lube, like I have with the rest of them, soaking it while in the tub.

My next idea is is to wrap a piece of tape around it each day until the new one slides in. Good idea?



The only tape I have on had is electrical.

Don't use electrical tape. Get some PTFE (Plumbers) Tape, and make sure you oil it well at least once a day. Here's a how to guide that explains it better than I could do.

The other option is to go to 1g first as a stepping stone.

I would get a 1g but I would have to order it. I don't trust ordering off the net.

First of all, how long have you been at 2g? If it hasn't been at least a month, don't stretch to 0g yet.

Using tape will be easier than using a taper for that stretch. The plumber's tape is good, or if you want you can use bondage tape too.

Just throwing it out there that I've used electrical tape every time with no problems what so ever.

The problem with electrical tape is the adhesive. It can leak out causing irritation to the fistula, or leave residue behind. BAF forums also say that it contains chemicals harmful to you.

Its better for you lobes to use either PTFE or bondage tape as they contain no adhesive and only stick to themselves.

If you're still stretching I would advise that you switch out tape. Nothing bad may have happened to you yet, but why run the risk?

at the small size your at, you really shouldn't even be using tapers yet. the tape method works. did for me. i'm at 1/2 inch and i've yet to use tapers. only bondage tape.

yeah, because they aren't made for the bigger sizes, and if you do find some, they are super pricey. and the tape method works just as well, but a whole lot cheaper. i found a video of a dude who's at 1 7/8", but he talkes about stretching in general, but also covers the tape method in detail.
