I'd remove the speek bubble. It's hard to determinate if a joke is too subtile or not, but I think in this case anyone will get it.

The PAL version of Sonic the Hedgehog on the Genesis was tons slower than the other versions for some reason.

The PAL version of Sonic the Hedgehog on the Genesis was tons slower than the other versions for some reason.
They had to slow the frame rate so the game would run on PAL devices, caused something called Telecine judder, I don't know what it is but it sounds funny.
