Although a grave and elegant home for the young men of Aura Academy, an air of casual hominess fills the halls, allowing relaxation and comfort. The warmth of a flickering fire in the center common area lights the room - the edges of the common are lined with low couches and wood tables, giving the students a place to rest and socialize. A single oddity mars the features of the room - a mighty axe is sunken deep into the stone forming the fireplace, so deeply buried in the ancient rock that it is immobile. The ornately carved mantle rests upon a stone support on one side, with the other supported by the upthrust haft of the great axe.
