The Phoenix tool on there is basically a scaled-down Photoshop, and they also have a palette tool, vector editor, and visual laboratory...I think it's pretty cool for people who want more than MS Paint but don't want to pay for Photoshop...

I saw this on Attack of the Show! : D
Although having it run on the browser sounds fairly unstable on a comp with Windows XP.

Yeah that's where I first saw it.

I'd try tinkering with it, but my internet connection is too slow to handle something like this...

I think GIMP 2.4 is a tad better. It's not browser-based at all, but it's free and runs on different operating systems.

Either that or try Photoshop Elements 2.0. It's pretty damn cheap and works nicely.
