I usually just get some stuff from the garden and make a salad. Got enough of a variety to have a different salad every time! xd

I usually just have bread on lettuce, mozzarella and pine nuts.
But then I'm not a lacto vegetarian so it might not work.

Hmmmm well my favorite quick snack...
There are these really yummy curry sauces that regular super markets sell in the international section. All you do is mix them with cooked rice, and instant tastiness! All you do is mix, no cooking skills necessary.
I really suggest getting a Indian cook book that's vegetarian. They REALLY know whats delicious. Investing in spices is a smart thing for us as well.

Ido eat alot of veggies but I'm not really a vegetarian. I just love the flavor of certain meats and it's an excellent source of protein.

I'm not a Vegetarian. I eat anything in site. I love animals and hate to eat them, but I tried going Vegetarian for a week. I could not find anything that was good except carrots. I almost starved to death, lol.
