Just one? I think not.
Anything by Yoko Kanno is awesome.
Macross Plus, Escaflowne, Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell, and etc all have great soundtracks. biggrin

I've fallen in love with Lilium, composed by Hugo Wolf.
I think it's from an anime called Elfen Lied, not sure though as I stumbled across the song elsewhere.
(I might post an instrumental version with guitar instead of singing on youtube soon.. PM if you're interested. Also that version is going to be cut a bit.)

Tsuki No Tragedy Just one? I think not. Anything by Yoko Kanno is awesome. Macross Plus, Escaflowne, Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell, and etc all have great soundtracks. biggrin Ditto - all of the Cowboy Bebop CDs are awesome...as well as the Pillows' contribution to FLCL... 3nodding

hmmm...my favorite soundtrack would be blue bird by ikimo no gakari from naruto shippuden....i also like the soundtracks from bleach and inuyasha. 3nodding

D.Gray-Man and Anything Yokko Kanno. I love Yokko Kanno. Even myGrandmother likes her soundtracks and she does't watch anime.

Not only did it set killer mood sequences, but they sounded great even without the Anime!! O.o Dude... You actually liked the music from FLCL? That was one of the worst anime soundtracks I have ever had the misfortune of downloading... Let me put it this way, I have deleted only two entire soundtracks out of the nearly endless anime soundtracks I've collected over the years and thats one of them.

Ayanami Rei First Child What?! How can you not like FLCL sound track?! I LOVE it!! gonk I'd rather have my ears filled up with dog vomit then listen to the FLCL soundtrack. I collect anime soundtracks (except for most BGMs unless it is really good) And I've only deleted two entire soundtracks from my hard drive. That was one of them. It was just that awful. In total I have over 3000 anime songs (few are BGM). Music for over 191 different anime. Not one for FLCL, for it was just that awful. It was almost as awful as the anime itself. One of the worst anime ever with the worst soundtrack ever...

Maybe I'm a freak...but I like most of the Gundam soundtracks. I like to imagine incoming missiles and crap when I drive to work at 4am.
I also enjoy a good Yoko Kano song. Also the Trigun anime soundtrack has a pleasant variety of sound and style. Lastly I enjoy the Lain soundtracks for the techno-y goodness they provide. ^^
