I was trying to avoid doing my homework tonight... so I did this instead. I like it as is, but I still have the feeling it could have been done much better. Any suggestions?

Whoa, great concept!
The only things that I can suggest to improve it at all is to increase the tracking between the letters of the smaller, black type, and maybe make them a bit larger.
I really love the concept! Could you possibly make a calender wallpaper version that we could use in the guild e-zine as like a wallpaper of the month kind of thing? That would be so cool!

wow! I really like that ^____^ heart And don't be so hard on yourself, it isn't an "idiotic" idea at all! wink I really like it. As for sugestions... since you are not satisfyed with it.. um... I think the Creation Vs. Deletion ought to be a bit bigger... it looks kinda like it's swimming in that space... and if you make the (ctrl) +...etc... part a little higher and tiny bit smaller so it fits up a bit higher, the text under it won't look as cramped. Other than that... maybe clear up the image a little... but honestly, I think it looks great as it is ^___^

Thanks to everyone who suggested ways to improve it, I'm gonna work on fixing it up and put the new one up here when I'm done. heart

Pyon you vectorized the keyboard?? eek Yeah, I tried to find a nice, clear picture of a computer keyboard that actually showed all the keys I needed, but I couldn't, soooo... enter the vectors. I didn't vectorize it by hand, though, I used a computer program. I don't have enough patience to do it myself.

StreetArtistNYC, Silver and I were talking about a better name for the guild e-zine... and your poster came up. Would you mind if we use 'Ctrl-Alt-Create' as the e-zine's name, and possibly use your poster in the site header? Credit will be given, of course.

I don't like it very much, but then again I only got the trial version (which, of course, is nowhere near as good as the full version), and it's definitely easier than doing the everything by hand.
