this rp is about a a group of super powered people that belong ( or used to belong to) to the council of the underground city, anda-guraundo. the power comes from the necklace they wear.the city's council is getting wiped out by a group called myou takai, also known as life and death society. the town is starting to get ready for an all out war.
WARNING: if your charater dies in the rp, the person whom killed you can take the power necklace from you and use it as an upgrade!
there are three sides to choose from: the council, the myou takai, and the exiles.
