Sorry but can someone teach me how to use the dice?

Click the "Reply" button. You'll see "Post Action:" text. Click on the arrow in the box below it and click "Roll Dice". After that you select the dice that has the amount of sides you want. Then in the box to the right of that you type in how many dice you want to roll.
