Whose fault is it that Marshal died?

i believe that marshal died for a reason. Grace shouldnt blame herself for being intimate for the first time in her life. Yes, she is religious, and her father was upset with her, but i truly believe that she wasnt the main cause of her father's death. She doesnt deserve to punish herself for her wrongdoings.

it was nobodys fault! dying is a part of life and grace is really getting on my nerves by blaming herself and i really hate that she is punishing jack in the process. i really feel bad for him bc hes just a victim in all of this.

i believe it was just his time i dont know y but it was and grace is being stupid blaming herself but im happy shes living her life again but i could live without all the doctor stuff
