Hello, It looks like most of is here are on the up and up in the occult world. I wanted to know if there were anybody practicing from the book "Initiation into Hermetics". I would like some feed back on step one.

Whoops! I forgot I was supposed to be reading this! Sorry DX I'll get back to it, I've been moving the past few weeks and then the semester started back up so I've been kind of distracted!

I'm at the first step in "initiation into hermetics" and its really difficult for me. Trying to focus on one thought for 5-10 mins is a challenge, lol.
To make things easier (for me) I tried using a clock, so I could just focus on the one moving hand. So far it's working biggrin
