I've been saying he killed him since day one. If I had 5 minutes alone with him then I might feel a little bit better.

For Michael Jackson, it was just an ordinary night.
The kids were all tucked up in bed, he had finished a full day of rehearsals and wanted to turn in.
But the chronic insomnia sufferer couldn’t just fall asleep – he literally had to be put to sleep.
So Jacko summoned his doctor and requested to be placed on a drip of his favourite drug, Propofol.
He had used it nightly for two years, pumping himself full of it when he wanted to nod off.
And he also used it as an alarm clock – asking his doctor to take out the IV drip at a set time when he was ready to wake up.
But as the whole world now knows, the King of Pop never did wake up on June 25.
His doctor Conrad Murray gave him Propofol shortly after midnight, as he had done on numerous occasions. But something went horrifically wrong, resulting in Jackson’s shocking death.
Exactly what happened is a mystery – one the Los Angeles Police Department is desperately trying to solve.
A senior detective on the case confirmed Dr Murray had already admitted giving Jacko the drug.
One theory they are working on is that the doctor then fell asleep himself, and by the time he woke up Jackson was dead.
Crucially, equipment deemed vital in administering Propofol was absent from the 50-year-old star’s bedroom. It was equipment that might have saved his life.
Dr Murray allegedly failed to use a EKG machine, which sounds an alarm when the patient’s pulse drops too low. He also reportedly did not use a pulse oximeter, which sounds an alarm if breathing slows to a dangerous level.
If, as suspected, Dr Murray fell asleep after putting the IV in Jackson’s arm, these alarms would have alerted him to problems.
Tragically, the first he knew of those problems was when he saw Jacko’s lifeless body lying in his bed. Medics suspect the superstar was already dead, but Dr Murray tried CPR (cardio-pulmonary resuscitation) anyway.
With nobody else in the house aware of the unfolding tragedy, he at first tried to revive Jacko on
the bed. When he failed to get a response, the doctor moved him on to the floor and continued to pump his chest. Eventually, after as long as 30 minutes, Dr Murray screamed out at one of the singer’s chefs to call an ambulance.
The doctor claimed the phone land lines at the £70,000-a-month rented estate had been cut off for security reasons.
He also claimed he didn’t want to call from his mobile because he did not know the full address.
The star’s bodyguard, Alberto Alvarez, overheard Dr Murray’s plea and calmly took control. He told the 911 operator they had “a gentleman here who needs help and he’s not breathing”.
Not once did he betray his employer by revealing his name.
Paramedics rushed to 100 North Carolwood Drive and found Jacko on the floor of his bedroom.
They immediately realised he was dead – but Dr Murray, classed as a “higher authority”, insisted they keep trying to revive him.
During the drama, Jackson’s children Prince, Paris and Blanket were kept away from their dad.
Eventually Jacko was stretchered into an ambulance with an oxygen mask on and rushed to hospital. In less than an hour, with his loved ones at his side, a doctor formally declared him dead.
As with any unexplained death, police were notified and detectives sent to Jackson’s home.
Nothing could have prepared the eight senior LAPD detectives for what confronted them inside.
The first thing to hit them was the oppressive heat inside the mansion. Jackson, who weighed just 8st when he died, constantly complained of being cold.
His staff were ordered to keep the heating system and the home’s gas fires on at all times. It led to almost unbearable conditions inside – but more importantly for the workers, it kept Jacko happy.
BIZARRE
The detectives were then taken to Jacko’s family sleeping quarters on the top floor. It had been off-limits to everyone apart from Jacko, his children and Dr Murray.
Jackson’s bedroom actually consisted of a number of suites leading to a main sleeping area.
In that area, the detectives were confronted by a scene reminiscent of a hospital’s intensive care unit.
Three oxygen tanks were
propped up next to his bed, alongside an IV drip. A porcelain doll wearing a dress was lying on top of the covers of his bed.
If that was strange to the detectives, things got even more bizarre when they entered another room.
One of the officers said it was littered with clothes and the walls plastered with 20 bizarre notes.
One read: “Children are sweet and innocent.”
A stash of drugs was found, including Propofol, and 15 further oxygen tanks were discovered in a security guard’s hut. Investigators are now trying to determine how many other doctors administered the drug to the superstar.
Dr Murray’s lawyer, Edward Chernoff, said his client “didn’t prescribe or administer anything that should have killed Jackson”.
He later announced he would not comment until the toxicology results are released.
Mr Chernoff said: “I feel like a horse swatting flies. Everyone needs to take a breath and wait for these long-delayed results.
“Things tend to shake out when all the facts are made known, and I’m sure that will happen here.”

Wow, I think if that dumbass of a doctor should have called the ambulance right when he realized something was wrong.
PostPosted: Wed Jul 29, 2009 7:32 pm
yeah he's been suspicious to me since the begining
Kendra, you're right; I've been saying the same thing since I heard the details later.
And that's bull that he couldn't call on his cell!
And they always tell you in CPR lessons the first thing you do is CALL AN AMBULANCE!
some doctor... >.>

I always thought he was suspicious from the beginning, also.
For the simple fact that the Doctor left the state afterwards when the MJ died...
My question is why didn't he have these machines to alert him when MJ's pulse became slower? That just doesn't sit right with me.
And I agree, it is bull that he didn't call on his cellphone. For the address, he could've asked someone in the house for it... I, mean, the bodyguard did know it...
-sigh-

You know, one day he`ll die and no one will care. A student who studied with him said Conrad Murray wasn`t fit to be a doctor. So some doctor he was. He wasn`t even a good one. How could he forget to wake Michael up or sleep when Michael is on the Propofol, when he was doing it for two years, every night? Stupid doctor. - 3 -

Conrad's father also got into deep sh*t when he was careless with prescriptions. Some douche bag was trying to say that they were both targeted because they're black. I say what-the-f*ck-ever about that.

You serious?!
wow, they just need to suck it up and realize they ******** up bad.
I'll be happy the day they put Conrad away for Michael's death.
And yeah, the whole thing that he didn't have the monitors and he fell asleep is completely irresponsible.
Michael does have some fault for wanting the Propofol (or whatever it's called), but it's not his fault that it killed him, when it shouldn't have if carefully monitored.
And how could have something gone aray when he had apparantly been using it for the past two years?!
Something is wrong....
Too many holes to fill in

***UPDATE***
Now there's word that Conrad called some of the nurses at his Texas office at 9 AM Texas time to go to his storage room and that they removed 3 to 5 boxes.
It's being said that Michael could have been dead for HOURS before help was called
Michael's personal cook also came out and said that Conrad usual would come down early that morning to get Michael's breakfast; he didn't that morning.
It wasn't until hours later that the doctor would appear in a panic.

***UPDATE***

Coroner's investigators have completed their probe into the death of Michael Jackson but are not releasing the results yet, authorities said Monday.

The Los Angeles County coroner's office said police investigators requested that facts about what killed Jackson remain under a security hold while detectives investigate the events leading up to the pop icon's death.

Neither the coroner's office nor the Police Department would indicate when the results might be made public.

Jackson died June 25 after his personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, found him not breathing in bed. Despite efforts to revive him, Jackson never regained consciousness.

Investigators have been trying to determine to what extent medications may have contributed to his death at age 50. Murray told investigators he administered the powerful anesthetic propofol and multiple sedatives to Jackson in the hours before he died, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing.

Murray's attorney, Edward Chernoff, has previously said the doctor did not prescribe anything that "should have" killed Jackson.

The investigation into Murray's background has already seen investigators serve search warrants at his properties in Las Vegas and Houston, where they seized computer hard drives, correspondence and other items. Court documents show investigators consider Jackson's death a possible manslaughter and that, while they are looking at the activities of at least six other doctors, Murray is the target of the investigation.

Keeping Jackson's autopsy sealed gives detectives a better chance to speak candidly with people who may have administered or prescribed drugs to the singer, Loyola University Law School Professor Stan Goldman said.

"If people are trying to get spontaneous statements or something that is not rehearsed or planned, not having the results out might help do that," Goldman said.

He added that if doctors who prescribed certain drugs to Jackson discovered those substances were present in his body when he died, "someone who is not very scrupulous might try to cover their tracks and destroy records."

Los Angeles police spokesman Officer Bruce Borihanh said his department would not answer any questions about the case until the investigation is complete.

Explosive Paramedic Report: Jackson Was Dead For Hours, Conrad Insisted on Hospital Visit
By cgarcia
15/08/2009

A news report from the paramedics called to Michael Jackson's home on the day of his death indicates the singer was dead at least an hour before help arrived.

This implicates the embattled Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson's personal physician, as he insisted the pop king had a pulse when paramedics arrived--and that a hospital visit could've possibly saved his life.

First discovered by UK newspaper News of the World, the form in question is called an F-902M, one that medics are required to fill out after attending to a "fatality."

The form in Jackson's case has several important details: Jackson had no pulse, attempts failed to start his heart (aka flatline), and a condition called Lividity, where all the blood flows to the bottom of the body before heart failure.

A close friend of Jackson', Dr. Steven Hoefflin, spoke to the paper with the permission of Michael's mother to confirm the forms findings.

"He had no pulse and was not breathing. They gave him an electro-cardiogram but he was flatlined. They say he even had lividity, which meant the blood had sunk to the back, indicating his heart had stopped a couple of hours earlier," Hoefflin said.

This document could unhinge Conrad's defense attempts, spearheaded by lawyer Ed Chernoff, which argue that medics, UCLA hosptial staffers and even Jackson himself were responsible for the singer's demise.

"This F-902M form is a bombshell key to the investigation," Hoefflin said.

I had discussed this with my mom recently. I figured he had been dead for hours and we both concluded that if Lividity had set in then they can prove it. Conrad's defense just keeps falling apart even more. That idiot better get serious prison time or they should lock him up in a room with Michael Jackson's fans for an hour. I am sure he wouldn't come out alive.
