I recently got a question from one of our fellow guild memebers asking me what lo-fi thriller was. While I wasn't able to determine what it was completely i found how what lo-fi ment, and according to urbandictionary.com this is it.
Short for low fidelity.
Refers to music made with 8bit sound computer (such as chipmusic or chiptunes).
Audio that is crunchy and gravely and usually demostraties a poor nyquist frequency.

Actually, that did! I suppose the "thriller" bit is just saying that the quality, explained as "lo-fi", is enthralling. Thanks for the clarity! :]
