By the age of six, he was diagnosed with a deadly illness that attacked his heart and part of his brain, also causing him to go blind. He was said to die at age 20. Ever since his father found out about his only son not being so perfect after all, he began to abuse and neglect Allen. Allen hated his mother for standing on the sidelines doing nothing to help. He also ended up murdering his sister for the constant abuse and harassment he cause him. At that time he was addicted to drugs, still is.

He just wandered over to him and asked if he actually did have cooties. They got along at that point and started playing and they stayed together since.
